Q: Are your services REALLY free?

A: Yes our services are FREE. When you book a trip with us, We will get paid by the supplier of your trip. So if you book a cruise with X Cruises, X Cruises pays us. 

Q: Is it going to be more expensive to book through you?

A: No. Travel agents still get access to great rates and extras. If you can find the exact same itinerary for less elsewhere, I may be able to price match. You have nothing to lose!

Q: What services do you provide?

A: We will help you plan, book, and manage any type of travel or vacation. Is your payment date coming up? We'll remind you. Do you need a packing list? We'll send you one. Did you want to surprise your partner by having chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne waiting in your stateroom? We'll order that for you. 


As an added bonus, we'll regularly check for any new discounts that may apply to your trip so you can make sure you're getting the best deal. You won't get that service if you book direct!

Q: Can you book my flight?

A: We can book your flight if it is part of a package. We do not book "flight only" itineraries. 

Q: How can I trust you with my money?

A: We will NEVER directly handle your money. We book directly with legitimate industry suppliers. You'll never see a charge on your card from "Yajayra" or send a check to "Good Directions Travel", you'll see the name of an established travel supplier such as Globus or Princess Cruises. 

Q: All that sounds great, but why can't I just book my trip on Expedia?

A: You can, but you shouldn't. We are here to provide you with personalized service and serve as an advocate, and advisor for your trip. When you request a quote, you won't have to look through thousands of reviews to try and find out which trip is right for you. We'll use our expertise to help you choose the best fit for your needs. That way you won't end up on a "booze cruise" when what you really wanted was a relaxing upscale experience.

In addition, when you book with a company such as Expedia, they become your travel agent and help will have to come from them. Recent cancellations due to COVID-19 have really shown the importance of using a travel agent. When you have an issue, getting through to a real person at a large company can take HOURS of waiting on hold. Save yourself the stress and let us do that for you. 


To them, you're one person out of a million. To us, you're everything! 

Q: I just booked a trip on my own. Can you still help me?

A: Maybe! If you recently booked a trip on your own, we may be able to transfer it so you can still receive our services. Contact us with your reservation number and we'll find out. 

Q: I love to plan my own trips. Can I book with you but do all the planning myself?

A: Definitely! We love planning too so we get it! Book with us and we can do as little or as much as you'd like. You'll get the benefit of having us as a resource in case any issues should arise, but you can keep the reins.
